❄️ How to Practice Indoors in the Winter: Plan First, Reflect After

If you want to get better this offseason, it’s not just about hitting more balls—it’s about training with intention.

The best players I coach don’t just show up and smash drivers. They follow a plan. They reflect on every session. And they use that feedback to guide their next practice.

So if you’re serious about getting better this winter, this is your framework:

Plan before you start. Reflect when you’re done. Run it back every session.

Banish bad ads for good

Your site, your ad choices.

Don’t let intrusive ads ruin the experience for the audience you've worked hard to build.

With Google AdSense, you can ensure only the ads you want appear on your site, making it the strongest and most compelling option.

Don’t just take our word for it. DIY Eule, one of Germany’s largest sewing content creators says, “With Google AdSense, I can customize the placement, amount, and layout of ads on my site.”

Google AdSense gives you full control to customize exactly where you want ads—and where you don't. Use the powerful controls to designate ad-free zones, ensuring a positive user experience.

Pre-Practice: Where Improvement Actually Begins

Before you hit a single ball, there are a few non-negotiables.

✔️ Stretch / TPI Warm-Up

Get your body moving into the positions you need to swing well. If you’re warming up during practice, you’re wasting time.

✔️ Alignment Rods Down

Set up one rod for your feet, one for ball position. Practice should reflect how you intend to play.

✔️ Tripod / Video Setup

No guessing.

Take a face-on and down-the-line video of your priority. We record so we can compare, correct, and track progress. Then ask yourself the most important question of all:

👉 What is my ONE priority today?

Not three. Not five. Just one.

🔁 Post-Practice: Reflect, Don’t Just Repeat

Improvement doesn’t come from reps alone. It comes from smart reps.

After your session, ask yourself:

  • Did I stick to my ONE priority?

  • What felt better?

  • What still needs work?

  • What will be my priority next time?

These answers become your next practice plan—not random thoughts, not YouTube swing tips, not emotions.

Just a consistent cycle of clear focus → smart reps → honest reflection → progress.

📈 The Goal Is Repeatable Momentum

Start using this framework every time you train this winter.

Your consistency and progress will separate you from everyone else just hitting balls to “stay loose.”

Let’s build something that lasts.
