The Quick Fix

  1. Feel inside pressure — Press into the inside edge of your feet.

  2. Pinch your knees slightly together — This shifts weight inward.

  3. Use a band around your thighs or a squishy Force Pedal under your foot — These tools teach your body where to stay.

When your weight is centered inside your feet:

  • You can rotate better.

  • You can shift and rotate, rather than slide.

  • Your swing feels more powerful and connected.
